Royal Life Saving resuscitation courses provide participants with current skills and knowledge in a range of areas including CPR, defibrillation and the chain of survival.

There is no prior learning required for full course enrolments. It is recommended that candidates are 14 in the calendar year they attempt the course. There is a physical component of this course and candidates are required to perform CPR on a resuscitation manikin placed on the floor.
